Dear Researchers,

My friend's daughter, a 17-month old girl is diagnosed with Acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (AMKL) on 2016 October 31st. AMKL is a rare type of pediatric leukemia(AML-M7) with an incidence of 0.5 per million per year. The doctors giving her treatment have limited experience with AMKL.

Your Image miRCancer provides comprehensive collection of microRNA (miRNA) expression profiles in various human cancers which are automatically extracted from published literatures in PubMed. It utilizes text mining techniques for information collection. Manual revision is applied after auto-extraction to provide 100% precision.

User can search the database by miRNA and/or cancer names in the miRCancer Search page. Our website also provides two sequence analysis tools: clustering and chi-square analysis which can perform analysis on all or selected pool of miRNA sequences.
